This may be a challenging path, but with your dedication and my expertise: you will grow through this. You deserve to move forward and live your best life. What happened to you is just a page in your book—we have new chapters to write. While I assess what the best treatment interventions for you may be, our sessions together will be dedicated to providing you with a safe space to vent and process your thoughts and past experiences.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use a combination of talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy , trauma-focused CBT, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

My biggest strength is being emotionally available to hold space for my clients. I focus on your personal emotional safety before asking you to open up.
