Clients can expect to have a solution focused session, that's in their control, speed and initiatives. To address stressors and/or difficulties that has and/or can arise in their lives impeding them from exploring their full potential.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I prefer to explore all options when tackling limitations, nothing is impossible. I utilize short-term cognitive dialectical behavioral therapy but will include other modalities, on a case-by-case bases.

Good energy, honest effort and trust are the building-blocks necessary to chip away at complications and the cornerstone to develop healthier alternatives and a flourishing beginning.
