I challenge you to take a stand against fear by reaching out to learn about the services available to meet your needs.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

CBT, EMDR, Inner-child work, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security Parenting, etc. Treatment methods and tools are dependent on your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My specialty and niche is general family systems with significant work with trauma and stress impact on children 0-6 years of age. In my extensive work in community mental health, I always met my clients and families where they were; figuratively and literally. Whether it was in their car, my car, homeless shelter, mansion, apartment, domestic violence shelter, courthouse, park, etc. It didn't matter where we were, once our sessions started, we were in a safe space. I was persistent and diligent in being an advocate for and with the families I supported. My passion is exactly that: Being With! I have a significant history and gift of being with people in their moment of pain or emotional need.
