Hi! I am Jackie. I have been helping clients who are overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, panic episodes, trauma or PSTD, bipolar or personality disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD. If you are struggling with your mental health, I am here to help. Let's work together. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing medication and nonmedication management for a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I consider our first session as a win. Seeking mental health service takes courage. We'll invest time in learning your story, discovering your strengths, and finding out struggles. Together, we will set treatment goals and manage medications that aligns with your needs. My goal is for you to feel truly heard, understood, and confident about the treatment plan. Our sessions may include approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Solution Focused Therapy. My expertise is Medication Management for depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, bipolar disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), OCD, bipolar, alcohol abuse, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I am also trained in and utilize CBT.
