Hello, I'm Guerline Seraphin-Ray Ph.D. (C) and licensed Mental health counselor located in Jupiter Fl. I support clients who experience distress as a result of relationship conflicts, workplace stress, grief, or mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, LGBT, substance abuse, and more. I help clients to find a fresh perspective on their situation. Many of my clients have issues with codependency, parenting or managing everyday stress.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Its important to feel heard and understood. Your session allows you to vent, and speak your mind. It's okay to be yourself without feeling judge, and talk about things that's important to you. When you leave the session the goal is to feel empowered, hopeful and encouraged.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is utilized as a collaborative and goal-oriented approach to address various mental health challenges. By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and beliefs, we work together to develop healthier coping strategies and behaviors. Through structured sessions and homework assignments, clients learn practical skills to manage distressing emotions, improve problem-solving abilities, and ultimately achieve their therapeutic goals. With a focus on the present moment and evidence-based techniques, CBT empowers clients to actively participate in their own healing process and cultivate lasting positive change in their lives.
