I am a mother of a teenager in college and the founder of Mind Set Collective in El Segundo, CA. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and have worked at diverse agencies to gain experience serving clients of all ages and with various challenges.
I am highly effective at teaching clients easily practiced skills to heal and balance their nervous system, promoting connection and well-being.
I am truly passionate about helping others understand the biology of stress and teaching skills that heal and balance the nervous system.
First session
I provide a safe and accepting environment for my clients to identify, explore, and express their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I help empower my clients to create their desired change by building awareness and insight into the symptoms and behaviors that are impacting their lives.
Strengths
I am highly effective at teaching clients easily practiced skills to heal and balance their nervous system, promoting connection and well-being. I do not see clients for on-line Family Therapy. ---------- Note: I provide superbills for my out-of-network clients.
