My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've been able to assist numerous individuals in overcoming depression and anxiety by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. CBT helps people identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to their emotional distress. Through guided conversations and exercises, I've supported them in reframing their thoughts, which, in turn, has led to more positive feelings and behaviors. By teaching practical coping strategies and providing a safe and empathetic space for clients to express themselves, I've witnessed many individuals regain control over their mental well-being and lead happier, more fulfilling lives and relationships with others.

Strength-Based

I've empowered many young women and men by focusing on their strengths and recognizing the progress they've made in their lives. The strength-based perspective reminds us of how capable we are and how much we have accomplished, even when things get tough. By highlighting positive qualities and achievements, I've helped many boost self-confidence and motivation, enabling many to tackle challenges with a more positive outlook and a belief in their ability to succeed.
