I’m a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their authentic voice. I specialize in working with high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode, even if they appear to have everything together on the outside. My clients are often used to being the strong one, the responsible one, or the one others rely on, but internally they may feel anxious, restless, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who they are becoming. Therapy with me offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a more grounded and compassionate way. I also support men navigating anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. Through my work with women, I’ve developed a deep understanding of relational dynamics and emotional patterns that impact partnerships. I work best with men who are open to reflection, willing to explore their patterns, and motivated to improve how they show up in their relationships.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll slow things down and focus on what’s been feeling most heavy or overwhelming for you lately. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been navigating beneath the surface, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. This is a supportive space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain clarity around what’s really going on, and begin identifying the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll begin shaping a direction for our work that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned with the life you want to create.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my work apart is my ability to help clients connect the dots between their past experiences, current patterns, and the emotional weight they may still be carrying in their daily lives. Many of the women I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode internally. I specialize in helping women through major life transitions, such as relationship changes, career shifts, empty nesting, or midlife reinvention, when identity often feels uncertain or lost. My work blends depth and practicality, helping clients gain insight while also creating real, sustainable change. Above all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental, where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they move toward a more aligned and empowered version of themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is a high-functioning woman who may look like she has things under control on the outside, but internally feels overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode. She is often someone who has spent years being the strong one for others, but now feels emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from herself. She may be navigating a major life transition such as the end of a relationship, a career change, empty nesting, or a general sense that her life no longer feels aligned. Many of my clients feel a quiet restlessness and a desire for something more meaningful, even if they can’t fully articulate what that is yet. My clients are typically thoughtful, self-aware, and motivated for change, but feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Therapy with me is best suited for those who are open to self-reflection and ready to actively engage in their growth and healing process.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, especially when they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in self-doubt. Many of the women I work with notice patterns of overthinking, self-criticism, or feeling like they should be handling life better than they are. In our work together, we identify these thought patterns, explore where they come from, and gently challenge the ones that are no longer serving you. The goal is not “positive thinking,” but more balanced, realistic thinking that supports emotional regulation and self-trust.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills for managing overwhelming emotions and navigating stress more effectively. Many of the women I work with feel emotionally stretched, moving between holding everything together and feeling completely overwhelmed. We focus on skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and communication, especially during moments of anxiety, conflict, or emotional intensity. DBT can be especially helpful for clients who feel reactive, stuck in overthinking, or challenged by boundaries and relationships. The work is practical, supportive, and grounded in real-life application so clients can feel more steady and in control of their emotional world.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients understand and work with the different “parts” of themselves that show up during stress, anxiety, or emotional conflict. Many clients notice parts of them that try to stay in control, parts that feel overwhelmed, and parts that are highly self-critical. IFS helps you slow down and build curiosity and compassion toward these internal experiences rather than feeling controlled by them. Over time, we work toward strengthening your connection to your grounded, centered Self. This approach is especially powerful for anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and healing from earlier life experiences, supporting a deeper sense of internal safety and self-trust.

Letty has been a true godsend in my life. She is incredibly well organized, has a remarkable memory, has practical and informed advice, and is able to keep focused on the stated therapeutic goals. I first sought Letty with a professionally-focused goal and our work ended expanding to a holistic analysis of my life. As a mother of young kids, this has been god send.

I wanted to prioritize having a hispanic woman provider; as there are expectations within culture that are difficult to explain. I love that she tells me what she heard me say, and challenges me to think about thoughts or actions that may be conflicting. I am so happy to have found someone who can help me along this journey to become a better version of myself.
