I'm glad you're here and ready to begin the process of healing your mind. I have been in your shoes and know that it can feel like a frightening step to take. However, I hope that you find my laid back and empathetic nature to be calming and healing for your journey. I currently provide in person, virtual, and school based services. I specialize in working with domestic violence survivors to help them reclaim their power, post abuse issues, self esteem, anxiety, and childhood trauma. I also offer group services to schools. No matter how stuck you are feeling , together we can uncover the obstacles that are standing in the way of a fulfilling life. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize person centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I give a lot of “homework” so that clients can learn to implement tools outside of sessions.

My biggest strength as a counselor is being able to help clients realize their true potential as well as create a safe space for clients to be heard, explore thoughts, and develop trust.
