In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges being faced. This will help with creating a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns to include sadness, anxiety, fear, lack of motivation, poor impulse control, low self esteem, parenting problems, relationship problems, communication, concerns, anger management, stress management, addiction, and those who have experienced physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
