I have always been drawn to people and their unique stories from a very young age. I love to listen to people and help them better understand their situation. I have always been fascinated by why people do what they do and act how they act. I am passionate about understanding also the complexity of the human mind, behavior, and human experience. I enjoy learning and exploring different options that are available for treating psychological issues while incorporating evidence-based practice to give compassionate care to my patients I am of the opinion that each and every person should be shown the highest respect since everyone is unique. My focus is on providing therapeutic treatment that is not just competent and empathetic but also sensitive to other cultures and evidence-based. I provide care to patients from any background. I provide treatment for mental health issues such as Depression; Anxiety; Phobias; OCD; PTSD; Bipolar disorder, ADHD, and so on

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My clients can expect to gain insight into the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through CBT, we will work together to identify negative patterns of thinking and behaviors that may be contributing to their symptoms and replace them with more positive and constructive patterns. Clients can also expect to learn practical skills and strategies that they can use to manage their symptoms outside of therapy sessions. This may include relaxation techniques, coping strategies for stress and anxiety, and problem-solving skills. In addition, clients can expect a safe and supportive environment in which to explore their thoughts and emotions. Through CBT, we will work together to develop a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, empathy, and understanding.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT is a goal-oriented approach that identifies and changes negative thought patterns and behaviors. It utilizes tools such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and exposure therapy to help clients develop more adaptive coping strategies and achieve their treatment goals. Other Modalities I utilize include Psychoanalytic Therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Person-centered therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and so on

My primary goal is to create a warm and empathetic space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe my biggest strength lies in building a genuine connection with my clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that serves as a foundation for their growth and healing. I specialize in helping my clients navigate their challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Additionally, I have a keen interest in self-esteem and personal development, empowering individuals to discover their strengths and unleash their full potential. My niche lies in integrating mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques to promote self-awareness and facilitate positive change. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and transformation.
