What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first therapy session can feel like a source of anxiety for some clients. If you are feeling anxious about your first therapy session, that's normal. My goal as your therapist for the first session is to get to know you and for you to see if you feel comfortable with me. Following the first session we will discuss your goals regarding what you want to get out of therapy. After we have worked together for a while you will have a clearer understanding on how you want to grow in your life.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Existential Therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths in therapy are my ability to actively listen and empathize with clients by holding them accountable on reaching their goals they set for themselves.
