I provide a therapeutic, comfortable, and empathetic environment where patients are comfortable to express themselves and develop a health rapport between Provider and patient. I utilized active listening skills, therapeutic communication, adeptness in motivation interviewing, and establishing non-judgmental environment where patient feel comfortable and supported to be comfortable in their own skin. I use Shuler’s Nursing Theory Model that encompass collaboration in decision-making between the patient and myself using evidence-based treatment plan.

As a trained Nurse, we were taught the in-depth importance of assessment, intervention, and evaluation and the significance of utilizing this process to identify the root cause of a problem and create an individualized plan that leads to measureable progress.

My focus includes individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
