I specialize in working with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, codependency , etc. and have done so successfully for the last 10 years. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Navy and have worked with many military members and their families to help maneuver through the difficulties of military life/demands and its impact on the family.

I have practiced DBT for 11 years and use it successfully to treat depression, anxiety, anxiety and addiction.

Gottman method

I have practiced the Gottman method for the last 3 years and have used it to aid couples in overcoming conflict successfully.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I have practiced EFT for the last 3 years and have used it to aid couples in overcoming conflict successfully.
