I am also a proud veteran of the United States Navy and have worked with many military members and their families to help maneuver through the difficulties of military life/demands and its impact on the family.

I have practiced the Gottman method for the last 3 years and have used it to aid couples in overcoming conflict successfully.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
