I strive to meet cleints where they are and help them gain a better understanding of themeselves to better be abel to navigate the world around them. I strive to provide non judgemental and unconditional positive regard in relationships with clients.

My treatment methods


Attachmment based treatment can bering greater understanding to your view of the world and how you function in relatiionships. Attachment threory has been able to help my client improve thier funcitioning in rlationships and change thier view of the world.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize congnitive behavioral therapy to assist with anxiety, depression, anger, and self harm by addressing negative thought processes that affect feelings and behaviors. CBT has postiviely affected in my client's in helping to cahnge thought processes through changellenging thought distortions and help improve behaviors.

Grief Therapy

My experience with greif therapy has been with anticipatory grief and allows the client to process grief at thier pace.

Trauma-Focused CBT

TF-CBT is utilized to assist those that have experienced trauma and thier care givers to help them identify, cope, and re-regulate maladaptive emotions, thoughts, and behaviors
