During our first session, we will work to get to know each other. Next, we will set goals that are important to you. We will create objectives that you can achieve each week to help you get closer to your goal. I'll help keep you on track and equip you with new skills.
I use various treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, exposure therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I treat individuals with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, psychotic disorders and substance use disorders. I also work with grief, relationship conflict, and family issues.
