I have over 14 years in the mental health field and have experience working with individuals' families and couples with diverse needs. I have help people to regain a sense of self-worth and unlearn negative beliefs about themselves.

Client can expect a safe space where they can be themselves without fear of judgment. My clients can trust assure that them and their concern are very importance to me. Clients can expect to gain an understanding of why they may operate the way they do as well as ways to become them them they wish to become. I seek to help others expand their heart space.

I use a mix of recovery and wellness-oriented CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, strength-based perspective to guide my practice.
