Client can expect a safe space where they can be themselves without fear of judgment. My clients can trust assure that them and their concern are very importance to me. Clients can expect to gain an understanding of why they may operate the way they do as well as ways to become them them they wish to become. I seek to help others expand their heart space.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use a mix of recovery and wellness-oriented CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, strength-based perspective to guide my practice.
