I have experience in working with children, and adults facing challenges related to Depression, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief, Stress, and Adjustment. My background includes experience as a Victim Witness Counselor, Homeless Program Counselor, Manager of a Psychosocial Rehabilitation & Peer Support Programs, Contact Work proving in home services, Assertive Community Treatment, Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician & other capacities. I am hopeful that my experience will be useful in providing therapeutic services to you throughout treatment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will make introductions. I'll ask some questions as we develop treatment plan goals. We will also talk about your overall expectations from treatment, as I will share information about the process of therapy.

Some of my biggest strengths include years of experience providing individual & family therapy. I have worked with younger children, teens, including individuals with severe & persistent mental illnesses, & elderly clients. My niche also includes working with people whom have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, & number of other disorders.

This treatment is utilized through incorporation of cognitive restructuring, identifying negative thoughts, and through distortions to begin the process to improving these areas of challenges that might be present.
