Hi there! I'm Abbey. I work with women who are ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve them and reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach is holistic and relational, grounded in the belief that healing isn't about having the answers - it's about reconnecting with the part of you that already knows. I integrate talk therapy, mindfulness, and mind-body approaches like EMDR to support clients in processing trauma, reducing anxiety, and cultivating deeper self-understanding and self-trust. In our work together, you'll be in the driver's seat, with space to explore what's holding you back, what matters most to you, and how to step into alignment with your inner wisdom. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, major life transitions, or wanting to heal past traumas to live life more fully, therapy with me is a space for clarity, connection, and meaningful transformation.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

Our current realty is impacted and informed by past experiences. By exploring our childhood experiences and connecting with to the inner child, profound insight and healing can occur. This can drastically impact the way we feel about ourselves and how we connect to people closest to us.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique used to treat trauma and other mental health conditions. This is something we can incorporate in session exclusively, or in tandem with talk therapy.
