In our first session, clients can expect a warm, judgment-free space where they can show up exactly as they are. We’ll start with a conversation about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any challenges you’ve been facing. I take a practical, no-nonsense, yet compassionate approach, so this session is all about getting to know you, your story, and your goals—without pressure or pretense. I’ll also introduce how I work as a therapist, including my blend of Polyvagal Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), so you can get a feel for the tools we might use to support your growth. If you're unsure where to start, that's completely okay—I’ll help guide the conversation in a way that feels natural. By the end of our session, you'll leave with a sense of clarity, direction, and an understanding of what our work together will look like. Most importantly, you’ll know that you’re in a space where your healing, growth, and transformation are the priority.

My greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a safe and relatable space, and my expertise in helping clients break free from survival mode to reclaim their peace and purpose. I blend science-backed techniques with real-world understanding, ensuring clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to create lasting change.

I am best positioned to serve high-achieving professionals, educators, caregivers, and individuals balancing multiple responsibilities who often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. My clients are those who are motivated for change but need guidance in breaking free from stress, self-doubt, or past trauma to step into their fullest potential. I work well with: Women navigating career, family, and personal identity—especially moms who are trying to balance it all. Educators, school leaders, and helping professionals who pour into others but need support in their own emotional well-being. Couples seeking deeper connection and understanding through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Individuals healing from trauma, anxiety, or self-worth struggles, using a blend of Polyvagal Therapy and Positive Psychology to create long-term change.
