In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our initial session we'll start with brief introductions where I will provide verbal credentialing, informing client privacy parameters and expectations from therapy, and work on building a therapeutic relationship in order to explore specific challenges you are facing. In this way, we can work together to develop an individual treatment with achievable goals in future sessions.
