What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Know that it's normal to feel anxiety when beginning the therapy process. In sessions, you can expect a warm and trusting environment of unconditional acceptance. The first couple of sessions will focus on getting to know one another and on identifying your specific goals. We will talk more in our first session about the therapy process and what to expect. I invite you to ask questions and share openly.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I have training and experience in a broad range of therapeutic approaches, including, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Somatic Therapy, Relationship Therapy and many more. I draw from a variety of therapeutic models and tools to tailor a treatment plan that is specific to each client's individual needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I strongly believe in empowering my clients, using mindfulness, relaxation, and skills-building techniques to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed for resilience and change. I utilize a mind-body-soul holistic approach to psychotherapy, guiding you toward feeling more balanced and centered in every aspect of your life. Seeing my clients grow, heal, and thrive is the most rewarding aspect of my work. I hope to join and support you in this journey.
