Hello, My name is Kelsey and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix and have been practicing for 10 years. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents and specialize in trauma. I help create a safe space for reprocessing. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children. I believe when relationships are torn apart due to unresolved issues, severe life stressors and negative behaviors affect life functioning. The last alternative anyone wants to seek is guidance. Allow me to help develop reachable and attainable goals and outcomes.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with individuals, couples, and adolescents the pas t 10 years I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I create a safe space and I'm empathic to the challenges that are brought into therapy.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
