Hello, Welcome to my private practice. My fundamental approach to therapy is person-centered and based on solution-focused methods. I endeavor to provide a safe place for you to feel seen and heard. Together we will explore and learn about your deepest inner world. We will examine your current ways of coping and explore how to transform them to better serve your needs here and now. I can help you uncover the impediments to effectively dealing with the challenges that life can bring and consider alternative approaches that serve you better. On the whole, I see my role as being your guide in helping you identify the optimal and least disruptive path to your answers and your solutions. A guide is not just a fellow traveler – I will occasionally confront and disagree with you – but ultimately it is your path and your goal which I am privileged to witness and, at times, partake. On any fruitful journey, collaboration will be essential, and I am always joyful to begin our trek. I will place my trust in you as you do in me. My ultimate goal is to help you gain the self-esteem and self-compassion necessary to nurture strong and healthy relationships with those you care about in your personal and work life. Significant relationships are subtly re-negotiated every day and I believe no relationship is more important than your relationship with yourself.

My approach to therapy primarily combines components from client-centered, solution-focused, and psycho-educational. Each client is unique in their reasons for seeking services, and each client is unique in their healing journey as well. There is not a one-size-fits-all approach and a part of our work together is to understand what treatment methods are the most effective.

I am very passionate about helping people discover their innate wisdom, strength, and resilience. I find joy in witnessing people let go of old patterns that do not serve them well and discover their authentic selves.
