I am a queer, trans, disabled and Neurodivergent therapist with lived experience that uses my life experience and professional experience in the session space. I use a trauma responsive approach as we help you heal from the complex trauma from your past. I use parts work, bilateral stimulation, and expressive arts paired with somatic work to help you become more mindful with your body and your every day experience as you heal. I specialize in working with dissociative disorders, complex trauma, Neurodivergence, and ARFID.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will complete an assessment that will allow us to collect information on your background to help us be able to move forward in therapy progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

We will use parts work to get to know how your parts are affecting your every day life as well as how your parts are being affected or holding your trauma and help them heal and learn to do more helpful tasks that will help you achieve transcendence.

Gender-affirming therapy

We work together where you are at in your gender journey and help you to be as comfortable in your own skin as you can become.

Psychoeducation

I make sure that you know as much as I do on your journey to healing. If there are ever any questions, I am always happy to educate or learn alongside with you.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I strive to be as knowledgeable about your culture as I can be, but I understand that you are an individual and that you will be different than your peers. I want to understand what is important to you and how it is going to impact your therapy journey.

Eclectic

We will create a treatment plan together at the beginning of treatment and I will follow it knowing that things will come up along the road and I may have to use other interventions or change the treatment goals for that session.
