In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We'll review lifestyle routine and discuss goals for positive change and what that should look like over time. I'll make sure you're ready to build a therapeutic relationship at your pace. We'll discuss how frequently we should meet and if necessary I may give a short assignment.

My biggest strength is that I'm personable so your experience will be nothing like you've seen on tv and movies, lol. Whether online or in person you will feel like you're talking to someone you've known for yrs. I like to make sure my client's are comfortable and have a fulfilling experience.

Foster/Adopted children Parents of children with MI/Special needs Teens, Adults, Couples, and Families. Client's dx with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, ADHD, issues with Anger and Stress management. I also work with those who are seeking stability and maintenance to keep life flowing consistently.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This treatment method has been most effective for over 10+yrs because I have gained extensive experience with different modalities and applying the principles of CBT has helped individuals identify and change negative thought patterns. My training and practical experience has equipped me with the skills to effectively use its techniques, such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and mindfulness, to support personal growth and emotional well-being.
