What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You will be meeting with a provider who will keenly listen to you and scrupulously evaluate your presentation. You are guaranteed a relaxed and safe environment where confidentiality is maintained. At the end of your first session, you can be sure that you are closer to having a more robust mental health than ever before.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My treatment approach is thorough, non-judgmental, holistic and culturally sensitive. Every aspect of my client's life will be thoroughly examined while being culturally sensitive. Being physically healthy is good, but that is not enough especially if the concerned individual is mentally ill and/or emotionally drained. I utilize a comprehensive treatment approach that incorporates a person's physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I understand that depression is real, anxiety can be debilitating, eating disorders can stir hopelessness, and attention deficits can diminish daily productivity. I am also fully aware of the consequences of substance use disorders, as well as the impacts of insomnia and the effects of psychosis on daily living. My goal is to help you navigate through your struggles so that you can overcome what is limiting you. My approach is to help you realize the triggers and root causes of your mental issues while appropriately utilizing psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. I strongly believe that being an effective clinician requires having a unique listening ability. My listening ability is impeccable. Compassion, empathy, and conscientiousness are among my strengths. We will begin by building bilateral trust!
