What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in different settings, I have developed an approach that enables me to work with populations from different cultures and backgrounds. I believe that I have the ability to meet my clients where they are, which allows me to initiate the method of treatment that is individualized based on my clients needs.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've been using CBT for almost 12 years. It has been beneficial for my clients in helping them challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and stress. This therapy will be used to recognize how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors all work to influence each other.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I've been incorporating SFBT for about 10 years now. It involves first developing a vision of your future and then determining how internal abilities can be enhanced in order to attain the desired outcome. This therapy will attempt to guide you in therapy through the process of recognizing what is working for you, help you explore how best to continue practicing those strategies, and encourage you to acknowledge and celebrate success.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

This therapy has been very helpful with my clients in combination with cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness strategies. As your therapist, I wn order to help you better understand and manage your thoughts and emotions in order to achieve relief from feelings of distress.
