We will work on developing tools, techniques and coping skills to manage depression, anxiety, eating disorders and other mental health concerns. I am trained in CBT and DBT, and I use a variety of evidence-based treatment methods and tools to help my clients manage their mental health and discover more about themselves. I understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are inter-connected, and can help you learn how to manage them more effectively to leave you with a deeper sense of self understanding. I believe that everyone is unique, so I offer personalized therapy sessions and individualized coping skills . In addition, I have tons of experience working with adolescents and children. I know how to make them feel comfortable and supported during our sessions through incorporating play therapy, art therapy, stories and illustrations as a way to keep them engaged and provide a safe space.

My biggest strengths include my ability to work with any individual under any circumstance, create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment and bring a cultural perspective into your situation if needed. I'm also a deeply empathetic person with good communication skills and am passionate about helping my clients feel heard, understood, appreciated, and supported.
