What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will take you through an explanation of all submitted documents and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. We will identify goals you want to set and I will then create a treatment plan which will detail the work we will do together in order for you to achieve your goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach for treatment combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with client-centered therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness exercises, journaling, and homework activities when appropriate. I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your specific unique needs.
