I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my B.A. from the University of California, Davis, and my Masters from Golden Gate University. I've been practicing for six years. My areas of focus are work-related stress, anxiety, depression, self–esteem, attachment, relationships, interpersonal communication, parenting issues, and life transitions. I also have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults coming from diverse backgrounds. I aim to help you and your loved ones navigate interpersonal issues and develop healthy coping skills and relationship patterns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I take this opportunity to get to know you on a deeper level. I do a thorough assessment to understand your concerns, mental health history, mental health status, and needs. We will create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Please come with an open mind and remember you are in the driver's seat. Feel free to ask me any questions during your first session.

My style is collaborative and tailored to the individual needs of my clients. Everyone has a unique life story. I want to understand your emotions and what you've gone through. It is okay if you have a hard time opening up. Trust takes time to build. We will do things at your pace and I will walk alongside you to provide the support that you need. I will guide you to understand your subconscious mind and help you to achieve your goals.

My work revolves around exploring early childhood experiences. Helping clients to understand their subconscious and how their childhood experiences impact their current relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I provide a safe space for you to process your emotions and develop coping skills to manage them. We will identify the triggers and understand how they impact you. We will explore the underlying core beliefs and challenge the automatic thoughts.
