Hi, my name is Ilana. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I got my masters from Auburn University. I have been working with Mental health and addiction since 2020. I have worked with clients with all different types of backgrounds, mental health disorders, traumas, and sexualities. I focus on changing thinking patterns and behaviors. I have a true passion for changing lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect a judgement free zone where they have the space to come and relax. This is an open space to work towards there goals as I have strong boundaries and hold my clients accountable.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is being able to bridge the gap of what you are feeling and how it is impacting you. I really take the time to hear the client and help them formulate a plan for long lasting success.
