Your sessions with me will be an empathetic and compassionate space for you to work through trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment & relationship issues. My goal is for you to gain a sense of inner peace in your life, even during challenging circumstances. I can help you develop healthy ways to cope with life stressors, regulate difficult emotions, and challenge negative core beliefs. We can also work on learning how to set boundaries and communicate more effectively. I will guide you in your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
Your first session is intake where I will gather more information and offer emotional support along with helpful tools to utilize until your second session. You will complete assessments prior to intake which will assist in your diagnosis and for me to better understand what your are dealing with emotionally.
My professional and personal real life experiences enable me to connect with clients on an intimate and nonjudgmental level. I enjoy helping clients gain insight into the roots of WHY they may struggle more in certain areas regarding their mental health and relationships. You absolutely CAN heal and I am excited to be a part of your journey!

CBT teaches how thoughts, feelings, and behavior are impacted by eachother. CBT teaches stategies such as thought stopping, and reframing negative thoughts.
Trauma informed care helps one process upsetting beliefs, inaccurate core beliefs, and overcome the effects of trauma.
EMDR is a form of therapy where improperly stored memories in the brain are reprocessed and filed away properly. Trauma can overwhelm the brain and lead to future (or current) triggers and maladaptive beliefs. With EMDR the traumatic memory begins to feel more distant and negative emotions, beliefs, and physical reactions decrease or go away entirely (which is the goal)
