Hello there! I'm Janet. You deserve to live a life that makes you feel excited to face every day, and sometimes this can feel tough. I believe that compassion and unconditional acceptance are non-negotiable when it comes to therapy. Please know that when you and I meet, you can expect authenticity, and empowerment in our meeting room. I have the most experience working with individuals struggling with mood disorders, family/relationship conflicts such as divorce/domestic violence, occupation distress (work stress) and status anxiety. As a provider, I am GLBTQIA+ informed, and trauma informed. There is still so much stigma around having mental health issues, and I know from experience how much life can change for the better when taking positive steps to improve your overall well-being. Please feel free to contact me via e-mail or phone call to set up a consultation or a session today. I am very much so looking forward to connecting. **Presently accepting select insurances and private pay clients. My current rate is: $170.00 per 60 minute session; Couples therapy: $200 per 60 minute session.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges you’re facing. This will help us create a tailored plan that we’ll work through in our follow up sessions. **Presently accepting select insurances and private pay clients. My current rate is: $170.00 per 60 minute session; Couples therapy: $200 per 60 minute session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe we all have the power to create our own narratives.
