HI! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I am based on California and offer virtual services. I have worked with adult, children and families in improving symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD and trauma. I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist as I gather ideas from different modalities to help my clients improve their symptoms.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will introduce each other, and we will begin the intake process. Where I get to ask you question; such as about what brings you into services? what you want to get out of services? We will also work on developing a treatment plan to get you there.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having been in this field for over 15 years I have learned to pick up ways in which to get a client to the root cause of their problem and work with them on problem solving and processing the root issues.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with motivated adults, children and families looking to better understand themselves, their symptoms and how this impacts their daily lives.
