Lawretta Ezukanma, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Christian, loving mom, and an honest, genuine, and level-headed mentor. She provides mental health services for all people ages five and older for affordable, evidence-based treatment and high-quality patient care via telehealth. I put patient care above all else, aiming to make psychiatric services accessible to all patients with mental health disorders. I am eager to work with and support you to become the best person you look forward to being by applying holistic and evidence-based practice. I believe everyone has value, a unique identity, and an innate desire for peace of mind. I offer a non-judgmental, safe telehealth space for you to tell your story. As part of the therapeutic process, my duty is to help you change your focus from the problem to a path toward solutions using your own life-long coping tools to realize the fulfillment you need.

Lawretta Ezukanma is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 20 years of combined experience as a registered nurse and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Lawretta has worked in the inpatient, intake observation, and emergency units of a prominent psychiatric hospital in the Dallas Metroplex, Texas, for over 8 years. With the above experience, she will be able to identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. She has experience in Neuro ICU, Medical surgery, Emergency unit, geriatric and pediatric home health, and other specialties. Lawretta obtained her bachelor’s in nursing from Texas Women’s University in Denton, North Texas, and is a psychiatric mental health nurse at Walden University. She sees and manages patients aged five and older through Telehealth and offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
