During a first session with me, clients can expect to see genuiness and authenticity. I'm a very open, non-judmental, a listener and a problem solver. Clients can expect to experience some relief, excitement and release during their first therapy session with me.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I am experienced with using various treatment modalities, but I love using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy techniques. The tools that I utilize in therapy are psychoeducation, short but necessary homework assignments/readings and therapeutic materials/cards that address a myriad of symptoms.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is that I am a problem solver. I am passionate about the work that I do. I am transparent. I am resilient. I am caring. I am dependable and do not believe in wasting time. I am determined and focused. My spirituality/faith is the core of my being.
