I address clients with compassion as we work together to address body, mind, and spirit in the healing process. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, transphobia, depression, social anxiety or difficult family relationships, I am here to help support you navigate these challenges. I have experience working with individuals, on a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+, marital, grief, and stress-related issues. I’m looking forward to partnering with you on your journey of wellness and achieving your goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together you can expect a comfortable exchange as we do brief introductions and find out what brings you to therapy. I will provide with you a quick overview of what to expect in therapy and answer any questions or concerns you have.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a variety of therapy methods to help each client. I will work with you and explain the different therapy options to make sure you are comfortable with the approach we take. I often use CBT, CPT, Solution-focused, Motivational interviewing, and Person-centered approaches. I utilize the WPATH standards when working with clients who are transgender to address their mental needs and make sure they have access to and resources for their health care.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
