Hello!! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina with over 20 years experience supporting individuals as they overcome various challenges. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By gaining insight into their past experiences, individuals can develop the skills and tools to thrive.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session, we will discuss your psychosocial history as a part of your intake assessment. Psychosocial history including family/social history, medical history, drug/alcohol assessment, abuse history, etc. We will use this time to also determine if we are good therapeutic match / fit for ongoing sessions. There will be opportunity to discuss potential goals for therapy and discuss a suggested treatment plan.

My goal as a therapist is to empower individuals to develop the skills and tools necessary to overcome their challenges and live a fulfilling life.
