Welcome! My name is Brittany Neasman. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (SW#18348) located in the state of Florida. I am the owner of B N Therapy Solutions LLC, where I provide individual counseling services for mental health concerns. I received my Bachelors degree from Florida International University in Psychology with a Minor in Religious Studies and a certification in Women and Gender Studies in 2015 and a Master of Social Work degree in 2018. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT), Trauma-Informed Yoga practice, and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The majority of my practice focuses on empowering clients to overcome factors surrounding depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and interpersonal relationship concerns. During our first session, we will explore your therapeutic goals, challenges, and resources available to you we can utilize to cultivate growth and healing. We will work together to develop a collaborative treatment plan and book additional sessions as needed.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I am skilled in a broad range of therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , motivational interviewing, and the practice of mindfulness to assist you towards reaching your therapeutic goals. My belief is that through individualization of treatment and by fostering a safe therapeutic alliance with you I can assist you towards navigating the path of growth and healing.
