What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together we will begin with brief introductions, review your assessments and intake form and then dive into the specific challenges you are facing in order to create your goals and a tailored treatment plan.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a variety of evidenced-based approaches and will select the one that best suits your specific situation, needs and goals. I have extensive experience using Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy approaches. My goal is to work myself out of a job and have you back enjoying your life as quickly as possible.
