We will start with a brief introduction and a comprehensive review of your past and present illnesses, an evaluation of past medication trials, including their effectiveness, and a discussion of your treatment goals. At the end of our first session, we will take a meaningful, supportive step toward you feeling more supported, heard, and in control.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
At Rhema Psychiatric Services LLC, we utilize psychoeducation by combining aspects of cognitive-behavior therapy and patient education regarding specific mental disorders.
