I have 2 specialties in Forensices and Addictions, I am certified in clincial hypnotherapy and finishing my certification in EMDR, all of which I am able to do as through telehealth. I previous experience in family therapy and couples counseling. I look forward to building our theraputic relationship.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will do introductions and spend time completing a Biopsychosocial assessment. This will provide me with some background information so I can develop a treatment plan based on your goals for treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength when working with clients is the passion and empathy I have for each of my clients. I am not the expert of anyone but myself, however I am able to assist others in identifying and addressing the issues that bring clients to therapy.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have used CBT since I became a clinician and I use it to address errors in thinking patters. To address low self esteem, low self confidence.

Couples Counseling

I have experience in all forms of family therapy including couples therapy. I enjoy assisting couples in strengthening their relationship.

I am a rained EMDR therapist and working through certification. I use EMDR both in the office setting and in telehealth. EMDR is an evidenced based therapy that is useful in addressing trauma.

I am a certified hypnotherapist, I provide hypnotherapy session both in person and through telehealth services. Hypnotherapy is helpful to address trauma, anxiety, depression and other issues.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindful based therapy is incorporated into all of my therapeutic practices. It is helpful with addressing anxiety and depression and when added with other therapies increases the calming affect of therapy.
