I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Sunshine State. I received my Master's Degree from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for the last 9 years. I enjoy helping others find solutions and uncover the root causes of problems within their lives. I strive to create an atmosphere for my clients that is safe, welcoming, and comfortable.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal with you is to help take off that mask and work through the reality for a healthier future. I work hand in hand with my clients to break toxic cycles in a safe and comfortable enviroment. Life was never meant for us to walk through alone despite what society pushes. Asking for help is brave and working through it is strength. Let's work together to not just appear fine but actually be fine.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe the best clinicians have been through their own struggles to help them better empathize with their clients. I use a variety of therapeutics and my empathy to help clients understand the origins of their issues and develop solutions to resolve them.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in eating disorders and substance abuse in adolescents and young adults. In addition to working with couples who have been struggling with infidelity, communication, or emotional connection issues.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT can be extremely effective in challenging/changing behaviors that are hindering your life. I have used this method in treating various mental health issues and help ensure longevity in change.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I have used acceptance and commitment in counseling for 8 years now. It is so beneficial when individuals are struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
