I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut with over 11 years of experience in the helping field. My passion is supporting adults in living more fulfilling, balanced lives. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as substance use, trauma, parenting stress, domestic violence, life transitions, and everyday stressors. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in strengths-based practice. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—always meeting you where you are and honoring your unique goals and experiences.
The first session will focused on getting to know you and learn what you're looking to get out of therapy such as talking about goals. This session will also will give you the chance to know a little more about me as well and start the building rapport stage.
As a provider my greatest strengths are my ability to connect with individuals in a nonjudgemental way and provide a space where they can feel safe. Being vulnerable and opening up to someone is extremely hard so I take my work seriously. With that in mind, I strive to provide my clients a space where they can trust and want to come back.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what’s next. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or a major life transition, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can begin. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
