Hello there, I am a License Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years’ experience working with and adults struggling to manage their stress, depression and anxiety. In addition, for the past 5 years I have been working closely with women facing challenges such as infertility, post-partum, and work/life balance. I am based out of Maryland but I have worked/though out the US giving me the opportunity to work and know people from all different walks of life.
In our first session, we will work to identify a good starting place and setting up and schedule that works best for you in your bust life. Then work towards developing a personalized plan to address your specific needs.
I am a down to earth easy person to talk with. I know that we all have our own challenges in life, and no one should ever feel ashamed for asking for support. I can help you to identify blind spots and develop steps you can take to make progress on your goals, all while I am there to assist you.
It would be great you work with women whom might be working towards starting their family or trying to navigate their new normal. Often times women will add more to their plate even when they are feeling overwhelmed. I would love to work to give them the tools, and outlet they need to lighten the heavy load.
