Hi! I'm a LCMHCS, LPCS, LCAS, CCS based in North Carolina and practicing in NC, SC, GA and NH. I received my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University and two Masters from Webster University in Counseling and Health Administration. I have been practicing for over 20 years and enjoy working with a diverse population of people. I have several areas of expertise and enjoy using them to support my clients in their overall life goals and plans for success. And just a heads up, please do your best to avoid missing appointments or inform me for a reschedule that will be within 2-3 day and/or as soon as possible for further arrangements- if there are more than 2 missed appointments, I will refer you back to Grow Therapy so that you can find another therapist that will be willing to continue services with you. Additionally, if you have no sessions schedule within 30 days, you will also be referred for another therapist. If there are any questions please inform me of your concerns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Together we will ensure that your goals and issues are addressed as well as we construct a plan that will be sustainable presently and for future concerns.
