My treatment methods for clients are person-centered and integrate evidence-based interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and more. I implement a strengths-based perspective when providing care to clients across various presenting problems.
