The challenges our world brings, our community, our society, found me to become a therapist many moons ago. It found me to help others guide them in finding healthy ways to live and it positively drives me when people succeed and are able to live satisfying lives.

The humanistic therapy is a holistic approach that focuses on your free will, your potential, and self-discovery. It aims to help you develop a strong and healthy sense of self, explore your feelings, find meaning, and focus on your strengths. We will explore on how you feel here and now, to help look inward and find the best choices onward.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We will learn how to identify and change the thought patterns that have negatively influence our behavior and emotions and replace them with more desirable and balanced ways.
