Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this information. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the lovely state of Michigan. I earned my bachelor's degree in 2001 from Central Michigan University, Fire Up Chips! I then earned my master's degree in counseling in 2010 from Siena Heights University. I believe that one's courage to seek counseling is a big step in the healing process. As a counselor, I will provide a supportive and empathetic environment. I feel honored to be able to be a part of this journey in helping others in a compassionate and caring way to live a life that they desire.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session my clients can expect to feel heard when telling me about their concerns and struggles. We will work together to establish treatment goals and to explore the best way to continue their healing journey. It is my hope that my clients will start to look forward to their sessions and find it to be an emotional and healthy release.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is my ability to actively listen to my clients without judgement. I believe in slowing down and creating space to process why the counseling appointment was made. I have over 22 years of experience counseling adults. I use various counseling techniques to assist my client's individual needs.
